We are not be responsible from computer hackers or other means of computer fraud, piracy...etc. In the event that Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism is asked to disclose personal information from law officials, Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism will comply accordingly.

Complaints

All complaints for the services rendered, should be reported on the spot to Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism offices or the local representing agencies. No complaint will be accepted after client’s departure, if the event is not reported locally to our agents, during the clients stay.

Overbooking

In the event of to overbooking or any other unforeseen circumstance, of a specified hotel, an alternative hotel of at least the same category or higher category will be may be used without any extra charge.
